Case 01 — Audit, tax & advisory
A chartered accountancy firm running across India and the GCC needed more than a brochure site. They needed the website to know where a visitor is, who should answer them, and which roles are open this week — without anyone calling us to change a word of it.
The brief
India and Saudi Arabia are different regulatory worlds with different phone numbers, different offices and different buying questions — but the same firm and the same brand. Three separate websites would mean three of everything to maintain.
Enquiries from a Riyadh business and a Kochi business arrived in the same inbox, with no record of where they came from or what they read before they filled the form.
Open roles were stale on the site, CVs arrived at a shared address, and candidate status lived in whoever remembered it.
A new office, a revised fee note, an article — all of it needed a developer. The site aged between releases.
What we built
Four of them carry the whole operation. Tap those to see how they work.
Three market versions — /in, /sa, /ae — from one codebase and one content source.
How it worksEvery enquiry is tagged with the visitor's country and sent to the office responsible for it.
How it worksPublish roles, take applications with CVs, move candidates through a real pipeline.
How it worksNo office covers the visitor? Geographic distance picks the closest one that can actually answer.
Source, campaign, referrer and the exact page journey — captured without third-party cookies.
Every word, image, office, role and article editable by the firm, in a UI shaped to their site.
How it worksRegion-scoped articles with categories, related posts and reading time.
Site-wide modal with service picker and preferred time, routed as its own form.
A thousand-plus client reviews, curated and surfaced from the dashboard.
Region-correct number, resolved through the same office logic as the phone line.
llms.txt endpoints so AI assistants describe and cite the firm accurately.
Per-region metadata, sitemaps, structured data and a no-advertising-cookies banner.
Deep dive 01
A visitor's country is read at the edge before the page renders, and the market they get is the one they can actually buy from. Switch markets below — this is live, not a screenshot.

One codebase. One content source. The URL stays shareable — send someone /in/services and they land in the right market.
Deep dive 02
When a form is submitted, the visitor's country decides who gets the email. Three tiers, and none of them is a shared inbox.
Offices are tagged with the countries they cover, in the dashboard. A Saudi visitor reaches the Riyadh office because Riyadh is ticked for SA.
Riyadh officeNo office covers the country? Real geographic distance between country centres ranks the offices, and the closest one that can actually answer a phone wins.
Closest office by distanceNothing rankable? It goes to HQ. There is no fourth branch where a lead quietly stops existing.
Calicut HQThere is no routing table to maintain. An office record is the routing map — the firm edits the office, and the routing follows.
It also means one editorial market can cover several countries. Tag one office with the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar and you maintain a single GCC market that five countries resolve into.
Edit an office — this is also the routing map.
Tick a country and every visitor from it is routed to this office. That is the entire configuration.
Leads captured from your site forms.

Every lead carries its own attribution: source, medium, campaign, referrer — and the exact sequence of pages the person read before they filled the form.
Captured first-party. No third-party cookies, no ad-tech tag, nothing that a privacy banner has to apologise for. The firm learns what works from their own data.
Deep dive 03
Roles are published from the dashboard and appear on the careers page immediately. Applications arrive with the CV attached and move through stages instead of sinking.
Title, department, type, location, description, compensation, benefits. Open or paused with one toggle — the careers page follows.
Every role has its own apply form with CV upload. Files land in object storage, downloadable in one click.
Status stages and a per-candidate interaction log, plus CSV export when the partners want to review offline.

The layer underneath
Every module above is editable by the firm. The editing UI is generated from their site's actual structure, so changing an office feels like changing an office, not filling in a generic form.
Pages, sections and collections — typed fields, not a blob of rich text.
Upload once, reuse anywhere, alt text enforced.
Owner, editor and author roles so juniors can draft safely.
Lead volume, sources and journeys, in the same place as the leads.
